Terri is very responsive, often answering my emails the same day that I send them. I had a lapse in bookkeeping for about 8 months, and she did a cleanup for me, got my accounting up-to-date, and made sense of all of the numbers in my accounts. She got things properly categorized and cleaned up, and now I am well prepared for tax season. She is always professional and has great customer service.
